Nadia Osborn, MBA joins Fairfield Golf with more than 10 years in golf/hospitality sales and marketing.

She grew up working on her family’s built and owned Par- 3, 9-Hole golf course in Southern California where she developed her lifelong passion for the game; learning to play at 8 years old and later playing competitively in high school.

Her first sales job in golf was Tournament Sales & Marketing Director at two award-winning municipal golf courses in Ventura, CA (Olivas Links and Buenaventura Golf). She further developed her career as a Private Event Sales Director for American Golf (Sunset Hills Country Club, Thousand Oaks, CA) and later served as a Membership Sales & Marketing Director at a private, member-owned club (Saticoy Country Club in Somis, CA).

For the 5 years prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, Osborn acted as a Regional Sales & Marketing Director for KemperSports; managing an extensive portfolio of 15-20 clubs in the Western USA including many here in the Bay Area. She also served as an active member on the Board of Directors for the CA Golf Course Owner’s Association.

Most recently, she served as the Group Sales & Events Manager at Six Flags Entertainment for two properties - Hurricane Harbor Concord and Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo where she managed the group sales department and responsible for generating more than $5+ million in event revenue annually. During her tenure, she personally increased corporate group outings by more than $600K YOY and led her team to increase overall department revenue by more than 20% from 2023.

In addition to Osborn’s extensive experience, she also holds her MBA with an emphasis in Marketing from Cal Lutheran and a B.A in Journalism with an emphasis in PR and Minor in Comm Studies from Cal State University Northridge. During Covid, she obtained her real estate license and is an active member of the Solano County Farm Bureau and the Northern Solano County Association of Realtors.

She currently resides in Vacaville, CA with her fiancé, Lawrence who is a Union Carpenter/Foreman for DPR Construction. They have one daughter, Anais who is 5-years old and just started Kindergarten. In their spare time, the family enjoys spending time together at their cabin on 10 acres in the Sierra Nevada Foothills.

Osborn is absolutely thrilled to return to the golf industry and is most looking forward to growing Fairfield Golf into the premier, go-to wedding and private events venue. She is also equally excited for the opportunity to share her love for the game with her daughter and enroll her in Junior Golf Lessons at the courses.
